Billing Policy

Applegate Enterprises Software Inc will email activation codes and information on downloading items from the website within 2 days of an order being placed for downloadable items.  Items that were ordered for mailing will be shipped within 2 days of an order being placed for items to be shipped.  Usually these emails and shipments will be completed the same day the order is placed.

Refund Policy

Applegate Enterprises Software Inc has a policy that guarantees satisfaction or the purchase price of the item will be refunded, if full payment has been received by Applegate Enterprises Software Inc and if the request for a refund is received by Applegate Enterprises Software Inc within the first 30 days after the purchaser receives the shipment or has downloaded an item.  The purchaser must uninstall the item for which the refund is requested and return all CDs and materials received.

Cancellation Policy

Applegate Enterprises Software Inc will cancel a purchase, up until the time the activation codes for the purchased items have been sent via email.   If the cancellation request is after the email has been sent, then the refund policy will take effect.
