Additional Shopping Cart Instructions

Note: If you wish to purchase by credit card and you are claiming an advertised discount, please call 717-203-9449.

1.  If you purchase by credit card, the name and address you enter must match the credit card owner's name and address. 

2.  Please enter your facility name and address in the Special Instructions box.

3.  You will receive a confirmation email from the shopping cart after completing the transaction.

4.  If you choose to Download the software and pay by credit card - You will receive another email within 24 hours with instructions on how you can complete the download. The email will also include an activation code to make your software a permanent version. 

5.  If you choose to Download the software and pay by check - You will receive another email within 24 hours with instructions on how you can complete the download of a temporary version that you may begin using.   You will receive an email with the activation code to make your software a permanent version as soon as we receive your check.

6.  If you choose to order the software on CD and pay by credit card - The CD with the activation code will be mailed within 24 hours.

7.  If you choose to order the software on CD and pay by check - The CD with the activation code will be mailed within 24 hours along with an invoice.
